Day 1
The big stuff loads

Quads in deep flexion, hinge under load, hip stability. We build the engine that gets used on every turn.

Day 2
The control work

Edge control, single-leg stability, snap-down landings. The stuff that keeps you on your edges instead of just on the snow.

Day 3
Capacity

Quad endurance, descent volume, and metabolic. Builds the floor that lets you actually use day 1 and 2's strength when it counts.

The three weeks

Build. Peak. Taper.

Week 1
Build

Three sessions. Heavy hinge, loaded split squat, posterior chain primer. We're finding the floor and laying the load. RPE 7. Volume moderate.

Week 2
Peak

Three sessions. Highest load, deepest flexion, hardest snap-down work. RPE 8. This is the week your legs do the most. We pair it with extra mobility and recovery.

Week 3
Taper

Two sessions. Quality over volume. Mobility, edge control, mental rehearsal. You land at the trip with strong legs and a fresh body.

Five total sessions, ~45 min each. Built so a busy week doesn't blow up the plan.
